Staff are very professional, my nurse Delianah (Dill) was very pleasant and made me feel very at ease.
Duncan in operating theatre (support for anaesthetist) was very nice and made me feel comfortable before my operation.

I had a procedure today on my wrist at the Hendon BMI clinic. dr Basso & his team treated me. I can honestly say that I felt well looked after from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. I had a fantastic team of people looking after me each step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for making a very scary procedure very easy to deal with.

Dr. Sood is a very good Doctor. He was very helpful and informative. His staff were very polite and helpful. All in all a very pleasant visit.

I attended the BMI Hendon Clinic for a follow up consultation and found the site to be well run and efficient, with excellent COVID safe procedures in place. I will go back again without any hesitation
